The other half of the name comes from my grandfather, Zellie Scott, a humble and steadfast father figure who taught me to care for my family and pursue my dreams unapologetically, as long as I could stand on my own two feet. Combining their names felt like the perfect way to keep their spirits alive in every meal I prepare. So here it is—ZELL-ROY—a smoker built with heart, history, and a whole lot of pride.
