We are based out of Charlotte NC
Yes, we have a mobile food truck that allows us to position ourselves in various locations across Charlotte NC.
My food trucks permanent pull-up spot is located at the Cycle Gear, 11121 East Independence Blvd, Matthews NC 28105. We are usually there on the weekends whenever we do not have a catering gig. Keep following us on Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube to find out when and where we will be next.
We offer a variety of classic BBQ sides including mac and cheese, coleslaw, bourbon baked beans, potato salad, corn on the cob and a host of other homemade sides.
Yes, we do cater offer catering services. We service the NC, SC, GA, &VA area. We have referenced experience with corporate events, family reunions, tailgates, parties, picnics, and company employee appreciations. We are also a preferred food vendor for the Carolina Panthers and RTR Vehicles.
Not right now... However, we are in the process in selecting a vendor to be able to provide that service very soon.
